"The bench is as good as you will find in a gym. It came quickly and the assembly was very easy, took me about a half of an hour to do it. All the tools were provided for assembly. Yes, it does not have a complete upright position, or in other words a 90 degree angle sitting position, but from what I've read, it's not the best position for form anyway. The most upright position it has is more of a correct form for shoulder presses and the quality of the whole frame is very good. I'm only mad that two days after I bought it, the price dropped another 30 dollars, LOL! Oh well! Also, if you are VERY tall you may want to go with the bowflex bench as this one may not be long enough for you. I am 6-0 and it suits me fine, but I'd suggest anyone over 6-2 not get this bench because of length restrictions. Ultimately this is a great bench, and now that it costs even less, BUY THIS ONE!!!" "So glad I bought this bench. It was a breeze to put together. Everything, including the wrench and screwdriver, was included in blister pack. At first glance I thought they forgot to include some washers but then realized that one set of screws, bolts and washers were already put together. The diagram was a bit funky but just relax and you'll be able to do it with no problem. The quality is top notch for the amazing price I paid and I love the incline feature of no pins to pull out when I'm changing positions. The leg brace is another wonderful feature for the price. I would definitely purchase again and recommend this bench highly." By : Daily Shopper

"It's lightweight, easy to assemble, and sturdy! It does indeed have 5 positions. The material on the bench itself seems to be fairly durable and quite comfortable (for a bench, that is!). The leg bar is pretty sturdy, seeing as how it has 2 bolts connecting it to the rest of the bench, however the plastic caps easily pop out. I'm not sure how I did it, but I found a plastic cap hanging out like 10 feet away from my bench this morning, and just popped it back in. The padding doesn't slip around with the caps off, but then again why would it matter if the caps pop out by being brushed? Ehh .. definitely not a deal breaker, just be conscious of your caps!!!! Anyway, I recommend this bench; it is a fantastic value and from the previous reviews I have read it will last you a good amount of time. I do not expect to revisit this review, I am satisfied with this product." By : Jeff Fischer Click Here For More Customer Review
