I actually bought this Prepac Monterey White Cubbie Bench from another vendor that has a local store that I could return the bench to if I didn't like it in order to avoid return shipping costs. Totally unnecessary! I could have saved a few bucks by going through Amazon. It's a sturdy bench--it holds my husband. It's also very stylish. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the bench. One minor issue is that the decorative edging in front makes the 14X14X14 inch collapsible storage cubes not fit. A body pillow across the top makes for a nice comfortable cushion. Overall this bench is a great buy!
I bought this Prepac Monterey White Cubbie Bench to place beaneith my two huge windows in my room. The white is a perfect white and the cubbie holes are nice and deep, being able to hold a lot of things. The only odd thing I found about the bench is, that in the pictures, it is shown with two baskets. Those do not come with the bench. Other than that (somewhat annoying) drawback, the bench is well constructed and with the deep cubbie holes, very useful.
This is a great little bench, strong 'wood' for such a cheap price. It's very easy to assemble, and hoping it lasts as long as it appears it will!
Quick to set up. Sturdy, clean, heavier than I would have thought. It is actually larger than I would have thought too, much larger than my closet maid bench. Love this product, definitely worth every penny.
